Abstract This study aims to analyze the synergy strategy of the three pillars of security and public order in increasing public participation for the maintenance of Public Security in Jambangan District. Background research shows that throughout the end of 2024 to early 2025, various cases were recorded in Jambangan District including persecution, disputes, unpleasant deeds, theft, drinking, and gambling, with cases of disputes and bickering between residents being the most dominant handled by Bhabinkamtibmas.The study used a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews and documentation. Informants of the study consisted of 3 Pillars of kamtibmas, as well as the people of Jambangan Sub- District. The results showed that the three pillars of kamtibmas synergy strategies include: (1) strategy of alignment approach (2) strategy of environmental security system empowerment (siskamling) and (3) strategy of giving limited authority to solve problems at the lowest level so as not to expand. The constraints faced include the competence of the three pillars of kamtibmas services, especially related to motivation and supervision, limited public understanding of the role of the three pillars, and limited supporting facilities and infrastructure. The efforts carried out include pre-emtive actions through socialization and planting of legal values, preventive actions with village visit activities and appeal installation, as well as repressive actions using a restorative justice approach to resolve cases in a family way. The study concluded that public awareness regardless of social status to maintain environmental security and order is the key to successful maintenance of Public Security. Collaboration between Bhabinkamtibmas, Babinsa, and the district government needs to be improved by strengthening coordination, increasing personnel capacity, and providing adequate infrastructure.
