PENGARUH WORKLIFE BALANCE, BURNOUT DAN TEAMWORK TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN DI BMT AMANAH UMMAH CABANG KARAH SURABAYA Riza Safira Prodi Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Bhayangkara Surabaya This study aims to determine the effect of Worklife Balance, Burnout and Teamwork on Employee Job Satisfaction at BMT Amanah Ummah, Karah Branch Surabaya. The sampling technique was carried out using the Nonprobability sampling method using the Saturated Sampling method. Data was collected using a questionnaire via offline by distributing it to employees at BMT Amanah Ummah, Karah Branch Surabaya and taken as many as 55 respondents. The statistical method uses the Validity and Reliability test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, with hypothesis testing the F statistic test and the t statistic test. The results of this study indicate the F test that Worklife Balance, Burnout and Teamwork simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction. By t-test the variables Worklife Balance, Burnout and Teamwork partially have a significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction at BMT Amanah Ummah, Karah Branch Surabaya. Research results Dominantly among Worklife Balance, Burnout and Teamwork which has a dominant influence on Employee Job Satisfaction at BMT Amanah Ummah, Karah Branch Surabaya is Teamwork Keyword : Worklife Balance, Burnout and Teamwork and Employee Job Satisfaction
