Abstract: Football is a sport that is very popular with all people in Indonesia world, both men and women of various ages, both children until adulthood. Football can be used as a source of income, namely by how to bind yourself to a soccer team that needs his services according to with their abilities and skills. The purpose of this research is to know about how the work agreement arrangements and club responsibilities are soccer. And, to find out about how to resolve disputes because there is a default. Based on the data analysis carried out, it was concluded that if If there is a default by the club, the player can report it to the club arbitration formed by PSSI, if the player is still dissatisfied, he can submit to world football arbitration where the decision is valid and must be implemented. If the default in football is brought to court there will be legal confusion and in terms of costs, of course it will be more expensive.
