Abstract This study aims to find out pornography according to the Information and Electronic Transactions Act (ITE Law), it is due to the lack of a complete explanation of what is meant by pornography according to the ITE Law. The method used is normative research through the Law approach. This study aims to let the public know what and how pornography is according to the ITE Law. The results of this study are that pornography in the Information and Electronic Transaction Law is not explicitly explained about what and how the limits of pornography are, considering that according to the Act only regulates "violating decency" which has a very broad phrase. So it is necessary to affirm the meaning of the phrase regarding the limitations of what and how pornography is regulated so that later the article applied does not have multiple interpretations.
