ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of Return On Asset (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on stock prices in basic and chemical industry companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2016-2018 period. The independent variables in this study are Return On Asset (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). While for the dependent variable in this study is the Stock Price. The sample used in this study consisted of 6 companies. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling. The research method used is a quantitative method. The type of data used in this study is secondary data using financial statements obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). And the analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that ROA has no effect on stock prices, while ROE has an effect on stock prices and DER does not affect stock prices.
